I have Channel setup in the Grid format. The videos load in a random order. Can you show me how to set descending as well as ascending order?  Your website demo show your videos Grid style videos in a descending order. 

Lastly, is it possible to remove the large 1st video in the Grid and Slider formats of the Channel setup.

Can these changes also be made in playlists? if so how?
