I have two items "Dein Name" and "Deine eMail" on my review form e.g. on https://dev.tennistraveller.net/tennishotels/153-hotel-scesaplana - both items are hidden. If I fill in the review form an click on SUBMIT, there is a popup window where I have to retype the information "Dein Name" and "Deine eMail".
Why ist there the popup-window? How can I avoid that the user has to type in these two information two times?
