I did a dump of a MySQL table, then adjusted the resulting CSV file to suit (it's attached). I believe I have it set up correctly, but it fails to import (see attached .jpg).

I have selected the columns in the CSV to match the JLex Reviews columns correctly, yet it fails every time. Can't work it out.
