I have two questions
1. I enabled Module type Top reviewed items to show first 10 items. The numbering start from "0"(0 to 9). If the pagination is enabled the numbering is correct starting from "1"(1 to 10)).
I'd like to show Top ten items(hospitals in my case) without pagination(because there are more than 25 pages and not enough place for all).
How can I make numbering start with "1".
2. When I enabled pagination I see buttons Star - Next than 25 buttons with number of pages and button Last. I have no place to show 25 buttons. Is there a way to show two or three buttons with page numbers, not all of them?
