hi JLexart,
could you please help me to find a solution how to prevent a flood of spam generated from subscripton form and comment form?
I have integrated and activated the JLexComment - reCaptcha plugin, as additonal protection enabled the "Verify subscriber's email" feature. But this still does not protect from requesting robots to send subscription requests to fake emails. 99% of request are send using fake email sample@email.tst or sample@email.test.
Even if the spam subscription is not active due to fake email is not confirmed by the user, still there is a problem for my with thousands of subscription entires to ne deleted manually and email server bounce responses about not delivered confirmation emails to invalid email addresses.
- Subscription popup form should be protected with anyspam (reCaptcha?) as well
- Please add a configuration option to black list email patterns
- Please improve the list of subscription panel in JLexComment backend and add the page size drop down- otherwise I have to delete manually entries by 20 portion
many thanks in advance for improvements and any additional hints
Marc
