Jlex review Terms of Service

I cannot enter the "Terms of Service" content.  There does not appear to be a text area in the configuration page.  When the pop up window appears,
"Loading...." shows for a brief moment but no content appears.  Please help me with this bug.
Also It doesn't appear that I get a discount as advertised to renew...
