Hello Support
I have recently upgraded to Joomla to 6.1.1 and also updated to JLex Comment to 3.6.7.
It's been a while, so I decided to do a thorough test of JLex Comment and found a few problems.

I will just talk about one major problem in this message and create separate posts for the other minor problems I discovered.

The big problem I have discovered is with how JLex Comment handles comments subscriptions.
I've been testing for 3 days and am totally confused with the logic, and can't understand if there is a bug or the functionality does not exist.

At the moment, a user cannot subscribe to only replies from the comment they posted.
It should be logical for any comments extension to work the same as YouTube/Facebook/Instagram comments.
When a user posts a new comment that is a question?, they will only want to receive email notifications for replies to their comment. This is the logical way it should work.
However, JLex Comment is sending email notifications for all new messages posted under an article, instead of only replies to their comment.
To use YouTube comments as an example, no one would want to receive an email notification for all comments posted under a video. You could end up with 1000's of email notifications. Normally, you would only want to know about the replies posted under your own comment.

There are two different function options in JLex Comment, but no way to choose one or the other.
It seems to be an all or nothing option.

These are the Settings in JLex Comment 3.6.7 I have been using...
1. Subscribe to this comment in User Permissions must be turned ON.
If this is turned OFF, the Subscribe link above comments box disappears and also the check box (if turned on) below the comments box that says Also subscribe to this post, also disappears.

2. In Restriction settings, there are 2 settings:
Suggest subscribe Yes/No
Auto subscribe Yes/No

For a User to receive email notifications to their comment, they must check Also subscribe to this post.
However, when they check this box, they also get email notifications to all new comments posted under an article, instead of only replies to their comment.

3. You can also manually press the Subscribe link above comments box and enter your name and an email address, and then you get notifications for ALL comments posted under an article.

Am I missing something obvious ?

99.99% of people only want to receive email notifcations for replies to their own comment/questions.
No one wants notifications for every single comment posted under an article by every commentor.

Is there a problem with JLex Comment ?

In my mind, there should be 2 options:
1. Subscribe only to replies to my comments
OR
2. Subscribe to all comments made by all people

Regards
Derek

p.s. Sorry for the long message!
