Review o rating (with mail) not link with the logout user

Hi, I'm watching:

If a user does not login on the site.
But leave a comment with your email.
and the user is in the list of users, ie already registered.

Does not link commentary or review,
with the user.

Hi,
Yes. It's will not link to user that logout. Because we don't sure that the visitor (has email same as an user list) is him :o
