Similar problem with pagination

Hi there I believe i have followed the instruction and uploaded to create a searchable bibliography on my site here https://www.iaas-med.com/index.php/bibliography-latest 
If you search for author with multiple entries only one appears (try Skues and you will see single entry when he has multiple). I tried changing to Protostar template to see if any different and it gives same result except each page has a single reference for a Skues paper.
Not sure what to do?

Please download the file I attached and replace it to components/com_jlexlookup/views/table/tmpl/default.php
