Alex reviews can not connect the server

I installed te component and when i tried to get the license it show me the next message:

"our server don't allow connect to our site. Please contact us to help."

Please, i need this extension to work properly ASAP.

I did everything in the discussion referred, went to the php.ini file and changed the line:

allow_url_fopen = Off

to

allow_url_fopen = On

restarted the apache server. The component still isn't working.

I also reopen a ticket.
