SSL Issue with JLex Comment

I'm using extension JLEX Comment on my Joomla site.

Recently I noticed that the Facebook login integration is failing with error:

"Facebook SDK returned an error: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate"

I already confirmed with my host it's not a problem of my server.

Any insights? Thanks!
