prevent access via an AGREE button

Hi there
My client has certain menu items that he wants to hide to certain people.
Those people need to land on a Joomla article (or the JLEX block page)...then either AGREE or NOT AGREE to a set of rules...if they agree the menu item appears...if they do not then they are taken to a different article and menu items remain hidden.

Is this possible please?

I'm sorry but I think it not possible. The JLex Block don't support button controller :(
