How to rate and review joomla users

Hi all,
I need to add ability for rating my joomla users profile, not their articles. is it possible by this component?
I use easy-profile plugin for extend joomla user profile. Now can show to visitors all of my joomla users ( in a usergroup ). visitors can see users and their profile, also they can see this users articles.
( www.easy-profile.com) you can see Users List menu in this site, and can see each user's profile when you click on it. I need visitors rate this uuser with stars and write some reviews about this user.
Let me ask you help me how can implement this functionality
