Hi
How to change component/jlexreview in url. All reviews indexing by google that is very good but show everybody that i am using joomla and jlex component are not good idea.

I don't understand your question. Have you uninstall JLex Review ?

You can do it by following:
- Create a new menu with type: External URL, filled alias field (eg:abc)
- In Link field, fill: index.php?option=com_jlexreview
- Save and remember ID of this menu.

- Go to JLex Review > Config > Review > Menu ID and fill above id. Done !
Now, the link wii display: abc/review/[ID of review]

You try reset Site map in Google webmaster. There is normally when old URL(s) still exist.
